Amanda here, I am the founder of Women’s Wellness Circle NZ – Women’s Well-Being Coach, True Nature Practitioner, Meditation and Yoga Teacher. 

I am here to support and guide you in leaving behind ineffective holding patterns, old ways of thinking that no longer serve you.  

By helping you create your own personal tool-box, supporting you to become your own health and wellbeing expert.

 Our overall Well-Being is multifaceted, it connects with all areas of our life, impacting how we deal with our inner and outer worlds, our health and wellness, finances, love, relationships and spiritual nature, there is no one size fits all plan, that is why I will work with you to tailor a plan just for you. I will give you simple practical health and well-being tools, empowering you to unlock your true potential, you hold the key, you are your own expert in your own life, lets tap into that thriving potential. 

 


For the past 20 years I have been practicing and following The Way of Ture Nature 

Over 17 years ago I started leading a Women’s Meditation Circle and Practicing True Nature.  I was invited as a Key note speaker to workshops and friend groups, talking on the topic of True Nature and leading Meditation circles..

I had a vision of bringing together a community, a circle of support for women; I opened the door to Women’s Wellness Circle Mini Retreats in 2016, bringing affordable Mini Retreats to the local community.

I designed each mini retreat around empowering women in Health and Wellbeing.  Every retreat included a take home tool-box of wellness tips and guidance; Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Health Topics, Healing and Nutrition.  The essence of these Mini Retreats is the foundation on what I teach and practice today. 

In 2017 I became a full time Yoga Teacher, completing my 200hrs in Sustainable Yoga, this was the start of bringing sustainable Yoga for all ages to my community and allowing me to teach at my own retreats.  After I graduated I had the chance to introduce  Sustainable Yoga to a wonderful person, who in-turn introduced me to The Franklin Breast Cancer Support Group and for 5 years I practiced Yoga with these amazing women each week, teaching Lymphatic Flow, Yoga and Meditation.  Safe Sustainable Movement for people diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I created a gentle lymphatic flow sequence to practice through Breast Cancer treatment and beyond. 

Each month a take a limited number of clients to work one on one with:

Yoga Movement Therapy – Nutrition – True Nature – supporting you in creating overall Health and Well-Being.
